Tony & Valerie Bettencourt, formerly the owners of 62 Restaurant & Wine Bar in Salem, MA. have now taken their restaurant and hospitality experience and founded BestLife mealprep. Tony’s taking his over 25 years of experience as a professional chef and focusing on clean, healthy eating as a convenient alternative to the fast food rut we all find ourselves in when life gets busy.

How It Works

Order Online

Create an account & profile, choose the day for your order, pick your meals & checkout. Place your order by midnight on Thursday.

Our Kitchen

We do the shopping and cooking so you don’t have to! Fully prepared, ready-to-eat meals that are fresh, never frozen.

Pickup or Delivery

We deliver to you throughout the day on Sunday & Monday. Pick up at BestLife on Sunday from 11-1pm & Monday from 3-3:30pm

Heat & Eat

Our meals are fully cooked & ready to eat. Just 3-4 minutes in the micrwave and enjoy!

Delivery

Deliveries are throughout the day (10:30-5pm) on both Sundays & Mondays

Delivery available to home or office

*you don’t need to be home for delivery but please leave a cooler for your meals. *We will text about 10-15 minutes before delivery. Delivery is drop & go.

Pickup

Pickup is available at BestLife meals at 41 Prince St
on Sunday from 11-1pm & Monday from 3-3:30pm

*You can pickup at one of our 2 Pickup Locations!

Crossfit Full Potential, 5 Perkins Way #4, Newburyport

*for our gym & studio pickup locations, choose Monday pickup and then select your preferred pickup location at checkout. Meals are delivered to our pickup locations on Monday morning and can be picked up throughout the day depending on each location’s hours.
