How do I order?

• You can choose to place a one time order by selecting either “a la carte” or “meal pack” from our homepage under the SHOP tab. Simply pull up the menu and make your choices. After you’ve filled your cart, just check out. You will then choose pickup or delivery at checkout. • You can also choose a recurring subscription of 1, 2 or 4 weeks. You simply choose the number of meals you would like per day and per week. The longer the term of the subscription, the greater the discount. Once enrolled, you can pause or cancel your plan at anytime. To order meals on a subscription, click on your profile (the icon next to the cart on our homepage), click my subscription and “select meals”. Simply choose your meals and we’ll take care of the rest. • To order for one of our Fitness Studio locations, choose a Monday date at the start of your order, then choose “pickup” at checkout. Our pickup locations will not show up if you start the order for Sunday since they are closed. • To order for Marblehead or Swampscott, please choose a Monday date at the start of your order and select delivery at checkout.

How long do the meals last?

If kept refrigerated, BestLife meals will last 10 days. Our meals are vacuum packed using a specialized process called MAP which preserves your meals & their freshness. This way you can meal plan for the whole week. Not sure you'll get to your meal in time? Just throw it in the freezer.

How do I reheat the meals?

Individual meals arrive in a microwave safe container. Just peel back a little bit of the lid and microwave for 3-4 minutes. Grab it, zap it & go!

Can you accommodate allergies? How about Vegetarian or Vegan?

In many cases we may be able to accommodate your allergy or sensitivity. Due to the batch nature of our cooking process, there may be some meals that can’t be adjusted. Send us an email at and let us know your preference and we can discuss the best course of action.

How do I get my meals?

At the time of ordering just choose pickup or delivery. Deliveries are throughout the day on Sundays & Mondays from 10:30-5pm. Pickups are at BestLife meals at 41 Prince St in Danvers are from 2pm-5pm on Sundays and 3:30-5pm on Mondays. We also offer pickup at Body Ambition Fitness in Middleton, Crossfit Amesbury, & Crossfit Full Potential in Newburyport. Pickups at these locations are available on Mondays only and based upon each studio’s individual schedule. For our gym pickup locations, please choose a Monday date when starting your order. Pickup locations will not be visible if you choose a Sunday date.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

You don’t need to be home at time of delivery, but please leave a cooler with ice packs for your meals. Please remember deliveries are throughout he day from 10:30-5pm on Sundays & Mondays. We'll text you approximately 15-20 minutes before we arrive letting you know that we're on our way.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to Danvers, Peabody, Salem, Lynnfield, Middleton, Beverly, Reading, North Reading, Wakefield, Saugus, Topsfield, Boxford, Hamilton, Wenham, Lynn, Marblehead & Swampscott and more coming soon as we grow. Marblehead & Swampscott deliveries are available on Mondays only. For these towns, please choose a Monday delivery date when starting your order.

How much should I order?

Our Individual meals are designed to serve one person. BestLife meals are here for your convenience, so order as much or as little as you need each week for lunch or dinner.

Do you have Gift Cards?

Yes we do! Click Gift Card on our homepage, select the dollar value you’d like, fill out the recipient’s name and email address and they will receive an email with a link stating that they received a gift card from you. When they checkout they can use the balance for their purchase

When can I order?

You can order at any time throughout the week on our website. The order cutoff is midnight on Thursday. If you miss the cutoff your order will be placed for the next week. When you start your order there is a mini calendar with the option of Sunday & Monday for you to choose from. Just choose your date and start!

What if I miss the order cutoff?

If you miss the order cutoff please send us an email to or call 978-248-8866 to let us know. We will try our best to fulfill your order but may be sold out on certain meals. Messaging through Instagram or Facebook is not recommended.

Will meals be chosen for me as part of my subscription?

No, even as a subscriber you will need to log in each week and choose your meals. This way you get exactly what you like for each meal. As a subscriber, if you don't need meals please skip delivery under your subscription settings. This way the current week will be pushed forward. Visit subscription settings here-
